Movement and Fitness Studio Guidelines:

  • Guests and members are requested to sanitize every piece of equipment prior to use and after use, utilizing the cleaning spray and paper towels provided by Sanctuary.
  • Members with potential symptoms or high-risk individuals should remain home.
  • Members are to maintain 6 ft of social distancing while in the facility.
  • A maximum of 10 participants will be permitted in the fitness center at one time.
  • Socks are required for Pilates Reformer classes. We have new vinyl Pilates Reformer straps so that we can sanitize after each use.
  • Hospital grade/CDC recommended disinfectant and hand sanitizer will be available to members in all areas of the club for wiping equipment before and after use.
  • Reservations are only required for fitness classes at this time.
  • We will be limiting the number of participants in our Group Fitness classes, and spacing accordingly.
  • Swimming pool will be limited to one swimmer per lane at all times.
  • Social distancing with cardio equipment – Every other piece of equipment will be turned off to maintain at least 6ft of spacing between members and guests.

Jason Graves is a former college hockey player and professional musician from Grosse Pointe Park Michigan who settled in Arizona to focus on health and wellness. He has been teaching a diverse range of fitness classes for over 20 years. Specifically, combining his own unique style of breath, movement (yoga) and live music to ease tension within the body and create space between the thoughts. Jason holds several fitness certifications and prides himself on customizing training for the individual based on their needs. He currently teaches yoga, SUP, spin, and boot camp.

Misty Hyman, a Phoenix native and Stanford graduate, is best known for her Olympic Gold Medal at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, where she emerged as the underdog to win the 200-meter butterfly. Known as a pioneer in the sport for her innovative underwater dolphin kick, Misty earned 13 US national titles and five NCAA national titles along with numerous other honors.

She’s also earned a reputation in the swimming community as a superb instructor and motivational speaker. Her vast knowledge comes from two decades of competitive swimming for two of America’s top swim coaches, and her friendly and encouraging personality has made Misty one of the premier swim instructors in the country.

Fascial Stretch Therapy
FST is a complete and cohesive system of innovative manual therapy and movement training that rapidly and radically re-organizes, re-aligns and re-educates the entire body structure. Guests receive a brief introduction and session will focus on a specific area based on your needs. Ideal for all sports, especially tennis, baseball and swimming.

Standup Paddle Board Yoga

Standup Paddle Board Yoga

Enjoy the art of performing yoga while on a paddle board. This activity combines various yoga poses, breath and the beautiful outdoors, all in one experience. Instructors will guide you through a sequence of yoga postures while standing on a secured specially-designed stand-up paddle board.

Ninety minutes, $195*
A fitness professional will test and assess your cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition. A personalized program is designed to maximize overall wellness. It is ideal for people in need of an exercise program or for those looking to modify their current program. DYNA-band and take-home program included.

Learn the most effective ways to achieve your personal health, fitness or weight loss goals. Our nutrition expert will assess and make recommendations on how to improve your diet and well being.

Exercises for Arthritis and Osteoporosis
Custom designed programs using the BEST exercises for osteoporosis program and the DSW exercises for arthritis. These programs help improve bone density and alleviate joint stiffness, increasing flexibility and circulation.
