Chef Beau MacMillan, the creative mastermind behind Nirvana Food and Wine, welcomes an all-star celebrity lineup in an unforgettable four-day culinary extravaganza. From ultra exclusive sit down dinners with some of the world’s best winemaker’s and chefs to uniquely themed events celebrating the hottest trends and culinary tastemakers, all set against Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain’s spectacular backdrop, Nirvana is every foodie’s dream.

Wood, Wine & Wagyu

Nirvana 2020 will kick off with this amazingly popular event! This is the ultimate wagyu experience, packed full of superstar chef talent from all over North America and will feature Snake River Farms American Wagyu beef cooked over open wood flames. Guests will have the ability connect with their favorite chefs in the open wood fire kitchens. Celebrity mixologists will be crafting whisky based cocktails, guests will then be invited to sit down to an intimate family-style dinner with wines provided by Far Niente. Country music superstars D. Vincent Williams, Dillon Dixon and Joe Diffie will be providing the entertainment for the evening, this is the not to miss kick-off event for Nirvana Food & Wine.

A champagne campaign & fried chicken bash to beat the band, DJ Miss Mixx and Fosterson headline the entertainment so be sure to bring your dancin’ shoes. Seventeen of the valley’s best chefs will flex their culinary prowess when it comes to all things fried chicken. This indoor/ outdoor event will feature full bars and cocktails shaken by some of the Valley’s best mixologists. One chef will be crowned king of Flutes & Coops by popular vote, if you like fried chicken and fun then this is the Nirvana event for you.

Neighboring Mountain Shadows’ Short Course will play host to Nirvana’s hugely popular celebrity golf tournament. Famous faces from the worlds of sports, food and drink will pair up with foursomes for a day on the greens geared towards fun, including delectable small bites, a luncheon buffet and beverages.

The party just got bigger with Food Network Star Chef Aarón Sánchez and craft cocktail extraordinaire Keifer Gilbert of Toca Madera teaming up to debut Tequila & Tortillas at its new space, Old Town’s legendary haunt the Hotel Valley Ho. Guests will have even more access to everything they love about this event- over seventeen local and nationally recognized chefs will be cooking up some of the best in southwestern fare, not to mention the Valley’s best craft cocktailers shaking tasty tequila based cocktails. The event this year will feature a team taco takedown competition, tequila luges as well as a Dia de Los Muertos theme and most importantly a beautiful art presentation by renowned artist Gennaro Garcia. Guests are encouraged to dress up for the costume contest.

Chef Scott Conant and renowned mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim. Best of the West isn’t just limited to the best of Phoenix and Scottsdale, it will also showcase chefs from Flagstaff, Tucson, Sedona and Prescott. Double D and the Nashville Allstars will close out this Saturday night event with a live concert. This not to miss event will feature over 20 high end wineries as well as 20 action stations featuring chefs cooking the finest cuisine and the best views from the heart of Camelback Mountain.

The star studded rosé-all-day trend continues with Rosé Parté, returning to Nirvana by popular demand. Co-hosted by Food Networks Star Robert Irvine and E! Network Stars Brie and Nikki Bella (The Bella Twins). Guests will mix and mingle with some of the Valley’s top culinary talent as well as 24 different rose wines. This elevated brunch style soiree will be rocking with the crafted cocktails, ice carvings, a raw bar, and sounds by DJ Miss Mixx. Don’t miss the real Sunday funday as we close out Nirvana with Rose Parte.
