Lunch with Larry Fitzgerald at Sanctuary Resort Up for Auction

2nd Annual Celebrity Waiter Night to include a chance for lunch with Larry and a stay at Sanctuary

Scottsdale, Ariz. (August 11, 2010) – On Monday, August 30 at 6 p.m. Arizona Cardinals fans and Valley VIPs attending the 2nd Annual Larry Fitzgerald and Friends Celebrity Waiter's Night at Morton's The Steakhouse will be served dinner by wide receiver Fitzgerald and his teammates, while also having the chance to participate in exciting live and silent auctions.

Notable among the auction items is the chance to spend two nights at Paradise Valley's award-winning resort, Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa. The winners will enjoy services for two at the resorts famous spa, along with meals at elements, Sanctuary's restaurant where Chef Beau MacMillan, of Iron Chef Competition fame and a regular guest on NBC's Today Show, presides. Of special significance, winners of this auction item will also get to have lunch with Larry Fitzgerald and four guests at elements.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Carol Fitzgerald Memorial Fund which honors Larry's mother who, as a state worker in Minnesota, helped victims of AIDS, breast cancer and other diseases. The fund's proceeds continue her work and also supports the education of urban youth.
