On February 18, 2008, Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain’s Executive Chef Beau MacMillan joined Al Roker for his second appearance on NBC-TV’s The Today Show. Giving traditional winter comfort foods a gourmet twist, Chef MacMillan put Mr. Roker to work, taking his Lobster Mac ‘n Cheese to the next level with a hearty helping of “truffle rain.”
