Paris Barclay Takes the Spotlight Friday, September 23 in the Next “Episode” of Sanctuary’s Gourmet Dining Series
Scottsdale, Ariz. (September 9, 2011) – The cameras won’t be rolling as Hollywood Bitesreturns this fall to Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain, affording a small group of guests the chance to spend a leisurely evening conversing with a Hollywood icon over an intimate wine-paired dinner prepared by Sanctuary’s own star chef, Beau McMillan, winner of Iron Chef America. Slated for September 23 at 6:30 p.m., the next dinner in the series will bringParis Barclay, executive producer of hit shows Sons of Anarchy and In Treatment, to the award-winning Scottsdale resort. Barclay, an Emmy-winning director whose credits also include Glee, The West Wing, House M.D., Weeds, and ER, will discuss his current series as well as memorable moments from his 22 years in the television industry.
Held in Praying Monk in elements, an exclusive dining space with sliding glass walls that open to spectacular views of Camelback Mountain and Paradise Valley, the Hollywood Bites event is priced at $100 per person. Ticket price includes dinner, wine pairings, tax and gratuity. Space is limited to 60 guests.
For guests who prefer to make a night of it, a “Hollywood Bites Casita” package offers overnight accommodations for two in a luxurious Mountain Vista Casita plus two tickets to the dinner (including wine pairings, tax and gratuity) for $495.
