Appetizers to tempt the taste buds, entrées to appease the appetite, and desserts to delight the sweet tooth – the flavorful prix fixe menu will soon return to elements restaurant, Sunday through Wednesday at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain.
The perfectly priced dinner indulgence, tables of two enjoy their selections from the three-course menu, plus a half-bottle of Veuve Clicquot (a $65 value) for $100, excluding tax, gratuity and other beverages.
To start, guests have their choice of refreshing Tomato and Watermelon Gazpacho with avocado whipped cream or Local Organic Greens with Chinese long beans, toasted nori and soy sesame vinaigrette. Dessert includes the PB Bomb with peanut butter mousse and chocolate ganache or the Strawberry Rhubarb Funnel Cake with buttermilk ice cream. For the main course, Executive Chef Beau MacMillan has prepared three choices:
- Fusilli Pasta with roasted mushrooms, pine nuts and green garlic
- Pan Roasted Breast of Chicken with sweet corn succotash and truffle chicken demi
- Shrimp Tempura with sticky rice, hijiki aioli and avocado citrus salad
Those who wish to dine á la carte are still privy to savings. For tables seated after 8 p.m., Sunday through Wednesday, select bottles of wine are available at an additional 50% off.
