Sunday Brunch
Don't miss Food Network star Chef Beau MacMillan's wonderfully innovative Seasonal Chef's Buffet, featuring a delightful selection of palate teasers and sweet delicacies. Enjoy great additions to the buffet with favorites, such as a fresh seafood selection, charcuterie, and a custom omelete station.
Sunday Brunch runs through May 19, 2012.

Weekends at Jade
Weekends at jade returns with live performances by jazz, pop, and R&B vocalists on Fridays and Saturdays from 7-10pm.
Enjoy the spectacular views of the evening sky, and live music (with no cover)...while savoring delectable small plates by award-winning Chef Beau MacMillan, along with your favorite wines and intriguing cocktails from the jade bar mixologists.

The Pour
Adore The Pour...the Valley's only premium cocktail hour, raising the bar for Happy Hour daily from 4-6pm at jade bar and 10pm-midnight on edge (small plates only). With Sanctuary's spectacular mountain and skyline views, it's the perfect time to sip and savor.
Enjoy upscale cocktails like cosmos, mojitos and margaritas; top shelf spirits including Grey Goose, Don Julio, and Tanqueray; fine wines from Kim Crawford, Cain, Mondavi and more; and a variety of small plates including house made potato chips, sesame hummus and barbecue pork buns by Executive Chef Beau MacMillan – all just $6 each.
Mixology 101
Saturdays at Jade bar

Shake it up during a fun and interactive cocktail experience, limited to a personalized group of no more than 10 guests.
Each week the Sanctuary mixologists demonstrate 3 to 4 cocktails...sharing tips and techniques along with jade bar's freshness philosophy, spirit details, cocktail history and tastings of your favorites.
