Lunch & Learn 2012
Hosted by Chef Beau MacMillan, Sanctuary's annual summer series introduces guests and locals to star chefs, wine makers and culinary experts. These Friday and Saturday events during July and August include a three-course lunch (or dinner) paired with wine or cocktails, along with lessons on how to prepare the culinary specialties, and recipes to take home.

Fridays at XII - Expierence XII during the exclusive Friday night dinners.
During Lunch & Learn weekends, reserve your spot at the intimate Friday Night Dinner with Chef Beau MacMillan and his celebrity guest chef at XII, the private dining room with a glass wall opening onton the exhibition kitchen. Limited to just twelve guests, this chef's tasting expierence includes a multi-course menu paired with wines.
