Back for its 14th year Lunch & Learn is an interactive dining experience that includes a three-course meal with paired wine taking place Saturdays from July 18 – August 29 in The Views ballroom at Sanctuary Resort. All lunch events start at 12 p.m. and are $75 plus tax & gratuity and dinner events start at 6 p.m. and are $125 plus tax & gratuity. Make a night of it with a special $199 Lunch & Learn room rate.

Named one of Esquire Magazine’s “Four Breakout Chefs to Watch,” Chef Lusk brings his Louisiana flare to Sanctuary.

Meet Chef Lindsay Autry (Season 9 ‘Top Chef’ Finalist) as she charms us with her soulful, southern style. This native North Carolinian has left her mark on some of the top kitchens in the country. She currently owns and operates Fin & Feather a southern meets Florida catering concept in Palm Beach, Florida.
August 22 – ‘The Dead Rabbit NYC’ Lunch Event
What’s it like to manage the best cocktail bar in America or the world for that matter? Find out when superstar Jillian Vose returns to Sanctuary for an elaborate lesson in the sensual pleasures of the crafted cocktail. The bar manager at New York City’s famed The Dead Rabbit Grocery & Grog, Jillian Vose brings her renowned mixology skills to Lunch & Learn.
August 29 ‘Roadtrip, Destination: Tacoma’ Dinner Event
Pile on board with Chef/Owner Matt Schweitzer of Hilltop Kitchen and Marrow Kitchen & Bar on a journey of modern American cuisine through a NorthWest filter. Join us as we celebrate the incredible ingredients of the region that have brought much acclaim his signature restaurants.
October 16 – Dinner Event
Famed author and food critic Simon Majumdar brings his unique perspective and culinary experience to the final Lunch & Learn of the season. Majumdar is a frequent guest on Food Network shows “Extreme Chef,” “Cutthroat Kitchen,” and “Iron Chef,” and is the author of “Eat My Globe.”
