Sunrise/Basic/Hatha Yoga: Focuses on the fundamental poses of the practice, with emphasis on alignment, form, breath, building core strength and increasing flexibility. "Sunrise Yoga" may be held outdoors on occasion. Meet in the Movement Studio. (Beginner-Intermediate Level)
Flow Yoga: Feel energized through a series of standing and balancing postures linking breath and movement. Class will include seated postures, twists, core work, and relaxation. Room temperature will be warm in order to maintain muscle flexibility. (Intermediate Level)
Power Yoga: In our most challenging yoga class, you will integrate breathing with a series of intense standing postures, followed by some seated postures, core work, and meditation. (Intermediate Level)
Yin/Restorative Yoga: Restore your body by focusing on deep stretching of the connective tissue in the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Poses are held for several minutes. (All Levels)
Cardio/Pilates Power Sculpt (mat): A total body workout starting with a low impact cardio warm-up, including standing Pilates. Then on to the mat for Pilates sculpt utilizing flex bands, hand weights, physio balls, resistance circles, and the BOSU. (All Levels)
Pilates Sunrise Sculpt (mat): A total-body, core-based workout designed to improve overall strength, flexibility and body alignment. Exercises are performed on a mat. 7:00 a.m. may be held outdoors on occasion. Meet in the Movement Studio. (All Levels)
+ Pilates Reformer: Using the core for stability, exercises are performed either sitting or lying down on a universal gym type apparatus that uses springs for resistance. Experience a total-body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and standing with improved body alignment. Please call ext. 336 or 431 to reserve your Pilates Allegro Reformer. (All Levels)
Functional Stretch: Focus on breath, mind-body awareness and body stabilization as individuals learn various stretching techniques and functional movement patterns. Utilize stretch straps/bands and one’s bodyweight to increase tone and overall strength. (All Levels)
Body Sculpt/Boot Camp: Feel empowered as you sculpt, tighten and tone your physique using free weights, elastic tubing, stability balls, or the BOSU®. Class instruction may vary according to instructor. (All Levels)
Core/Cycle/Stretch: Start with 15 minute Power Abs, 30 minutes of calorie burning Cycling and 15 minutes of Yoga stretch. Full body workout! (All Levels)
Circuit Training: Have fun and increase overall fitness in this total-body, circuit-style class. A variety of equipment designed to develop agility, strength, and endurance will be used. (All Levels)
Cardio Dance Fusion: Burn a lot of calories while learning how to salsa, cha cha, mambo, samba, grapevine, and more! ...Easy to follow instructions. (All levels)
+ Indoor Cycling/Indoor Cycling & Abs: Gear up for the ultimate "indoor" calorie-burning workout! This class emulates road riding on a specially designed fixed gear cycle. Bikes are clip accessible. Please call ext. 336 or 431 to reserve your spinning bike. (All Levels)
Sunset Hike at North Mountain: Encounter the unexpected splendour of hiking at sunset. Experience the beauty of North Mountain, as our guide narrates your adventure, during this 2.5 hike. This is our newest addition to hiking adventures. Suitable for all level. A $100 fee applies.
x Tennis Clinic: Improve your game by working with tennis professionals during daily clinics. The 90-minute clinics are kept to a 4:1 ratio to maximize the learning environment. Proper tennis attire and shoes are required. Please call ext. 340 to reserve your space. A lesson fee of $50 applies.
+ Bike & Hike (Camelback Mountain): Climb: Advanced/experienced hikers will enjoy a challenging rock scramble as they are guided hike up Echo Canyon (2.4 miles roundtrip). Hike: Intermediate groups will hike scenic Cholla (3.2 miles roundtrip). Private Hikes available for Beginners. For more information call ext. 336 to speak with a Fitness Specialist. Please wear proper foot attire and meet in the Spa courtyard. Please call ext. 336 or 431 for reservations. A $50 fee applies.
* Adventure Tours: Half or full day Mountain Biking, Rock Climbing, Nature Walks and Valley Hiking Tours are booked individually or in groups. Transportation, gear, water and snacks are included.
