Prior to arrival, Sanctuary's fitness team connects with the guest to determine their current training program and goals. With this information, the staff designs a three-day exercise regime and suggests meals from elements restaurant that will best fuel a successful experience. On the first day of training, guests work directly with swim instructor Misty Hyman, who is best known for her underdog victory in the 200 meter butterfly at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, which earned her a gold medal.
