elements is new, now more tempting. With its new cutting-edge kitchen, elements now offers:
- an expanded, diverse menu including more vegetarian and gluten-free options
- innovations like in-house smoked meats and a raw bar for iced shellfish and sashimi
- thoughtful ingredients including the best local, organic produce, sustainable seafood and hormone-free meats
Guests also enjoy two new venues available at elements restaurant:
Praying Monk: Guests pass through a new wine corridor exhibiting nearly 1,000 bottles and featuring a sommelier station to reach Praying Monk. Large skylights offer views of the sun or stars, while slide-away glass walls can be open or closed, as weather permits.
